Here is our Step-by-step Upholstery Cleaning Process
After our “FREE” Inspection and survey here are my upholstery cleaning steps designed to get the best finish possible:

Pre-vacuumed
This is to to remove dust, hair, debris etc. from your upholstery.
Our vacuum system is not your ordinary vacuum, ours is run through our extraction equipment thus its dry soil removal abilities are phenomenal.

Pre-conditioning
All areas are pre-conditioned with a special fabric restorer solution. It is brushed in and given a dwell time to break down all body fats and natural oils from soiled armrests and back headrest cushions.
The products and cleaning agents I use are the very best available and are industry specific.

Soil and Dirt Extraction
The soil is then sheared away with a powerful, yet gentle spray of mild acidic rinse and steam at a rate of 200 to 250 psi and a temperature from 180 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit.
The soil is very quickly extracted back into our vans waste tank by the powerful yet gentle vacuum system.

Mild Acidic Rinse
A mild acidic rinse is used instead of plain water. This stablises colour and helps to rinse away soils and pre-conditioner to ensure you the cleanest, softest and most residue free upholstery possible.
With inferior upholstery cleaning systems, residue left in the fabric makes it sticky making it appear dirty much faster. Our acidic rinse is designed to remove as much of the residue from this cleaning and past cleanings as possible.
So your upholstery will be cleaner and stay cleaner for longer, the colours are left vibrant, sharp and sparkling clean. And will be dry in a fraction of the time it normally takes.
All of the dirty water is extracted into a waste tank in the back of our van and is taken safely away and not put down your loo or sink !!
