Since 1984, when I established my carpet and upholstery cleaning business, I knew I had to do things differently.   Alan was very professional and his expert knowledge helped get rid of all of my cats staining in the hallway. He also went above and beyond, in getting it cleaned as soon as possible.   Alan was excellent. Cleaned two cream sofas (plus footstools), making a massive difference to 7 years of accumulated stains thanks to children and pets. He was very thorough with his work, a pleasure to have in the house and did an superb job. Very much recommend and will use again in the future.

  Highly recommend Alan, he is what I call ‘old school’ he cleaned my 5 year old sofa that has been used by a young family and a smelly dog and by the time Alan had finished it looked and smelt as if it had just came out the showroom. 100% professional 100% true to his word! Cheers mate

From the first contact we made with Alan he was always very polite and answered all our questions. He is an extremely hard worker and made our carpets look and feel as good as new.   Alan has provided a great service. Great communication beforehand. Cleaned out our two sofas that had been very well used by dogs and children. Look like new.   If you want an amazing, professional carpet cleaner at very reasonable costs, Alan is your man. He has all the equipment needed on his van, even water and power, specialised treatments and did such a perfect job. We had spilt a full mug of strong coffee on our carpet and attempted to remove it ourselves, we failed….but Alan did an amazing job, the carpet is as good as new.

  We employed Alan to clean our carpets as his cleaning system is vehicle based. Vehicle based systems are the best out there as they can operate at superior temperatures and vacuum than non vehicle base methods. Alan was very accommodating, he rearranged his schedule to fit in with our availability. He cleaned all of our carpets leaving them looking and smelling like new.   Our carpets were in terrible condition due to  our young children.  We seriously considered putting new carpets in, but thought it best to give it a professional clean first, just in case.   We're so pleased with this decision, literally removed every stain that we couldn't shift.  I thoroughly recommend this company, a real pleasure to deal with.  More than 5 stars!!!

  What can I say? Not only is Alan a very nice man he also knows his professional well and will give good advice. He steamcleaned our stairs and landing and cleaned the lounge rug. They both came up really clean despite being "well worn!" I shall be booking Alan again in a couple of weeks to clean our 2 sofa's. Many thanks Alan for a job well done and will highly recommend!! 21/07/22 And again Alan does a great job!
